Organizational self-awareness is the first step toward more consistent decisions and results that hold up over time.
Each signal below points to a question most companies still can't answer with clarity. Click one to see which diagnostic on the platform investigates it.
Each diagnostic answers one central question about company maturity. Together, they form a complete map: from strategic clarity to the capacity to execute and change.

What drives me is a simple conviction: every organization needs an architecture (in leadership, culture, processes and data) to turn decisions into results. That applies both to preparing a company for what's coming and to sustaining execution of what has already been decided. That conviction is behind everything I share here: the free diagnostics, the two books I've written, and the reflections I publish.
I brought these ideas together in Leading Organizations into the Age of Artificial Intelligence and in After December, my most recent book, both available as a free download. I keep this space for two reasons: to exchange ideas and experience with other leaders, and to contribute what I've learned along the way.
